  2. MEDICATIONS
  3. PHARMACY
  4. PLAN OF CARE
  5. ALL PATIENTS NOTES (FROM START TO DISCHARGE)
  6. VITALS / TEMP
  7. (485) ORDERS
  8. PHYSICAN CAN SEND / RECEIVE INFORMATION REGARDING STATUS OF PATIENT DAILY FOR CARE PLAN OVERSIGHT.
  9. PHYSICAN HAS HIS OWN SECURITY LOG IN PASSWORD.
  10. ALL LABS WILL BE UPDATED TO SYSTEM.
